Students should use their official examination syllabus, examination authority information, textbooks, teachers, and other appropriate resources alongside ExamExact.

The ExamExact name, branding, interface, software, original content, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit them without permission.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time for maintenance, improvements, technical reasons, or other legitimate purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, engage in fraudulent activity, or create security or operational risks.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
