Refund & Cancellation Policy

ExamExact may offer digital credits and other paid digital services. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Credit purchases are intended for use within the ExamExact platform. Because credits provide access to digital services, refunds may be subject to the circumstances of the purchase and whether the credits have already been used.

If a payment fails or is not successfully completed, credits will not normally be added to the account. If your payment account was charged despite the transaction appearing to have failed, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the transaction records and take appropriate action where a duplicate charge is confirmed.

If credits are deducted for a service that cannot be delivered because of a technical failure on our side, we may restore the deducted credits or otherwise provide an appropriate remedy.

If ExamExact cancels or materially changes a paid unified examination, we may restore the credits used to enter that examination or provide another appropriate remedy.

Refunds or credit restoration may be denied where an account has engaged in fraud, payment abuse, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, promotional abuse, or other violations of our Terms & Conditions.
